All Upcoming Marvel-based TV shows: Theories about the future of MCU

I know this is a long post, and it took me a lot of time to write, so I hope you will show this some love. If you are not a fan of reading this much, you can watch it in video format on our newly started YouTube channel: The link to the video is: https://youtu.be/YNA5LPSYkOI If you decide to watch this, please do not forget to like the video and subscribe to our channel for more such content! We are looking for some love and support from fellow comics lovers to grow.
There are now quite a few upcoming Marvel TV shows to get a handle on. With that in mind, in this post, we've recapped every upcoming Marvel TV show with their release dates on the small screen and what we know so far about them, but please be aware: these are all subject to change.
There have been so many major Marvel announcements this past week, and we already did a video last week on all the upcoming DC-based TV shows which you can check out on our YouTube channel and about a month ago, we also got a video up with all the movie news that came out. But for now, we're going to talk about all the upcoming Marvel-based shows being brought to us by Disney +, Hulu, and Sony.
The MCU is heading to a new platform. Disney+ will likely tie into the grand tapestry that Kevin Feige continues to weave, while also introducing some riskier, ambitious, and outright trippy new entries for some of Marvel’s overlooked heroes. Beyond that, Sony is spinning a web of Marvel-centric (but probably separate) Spider-Man TV shows. We’ve got the full story on that, a Hulu show, and plenty more new Marvel TV shows that aim to fill in the gaps for the MCU-at-large. Without further ado, let us check out our guide to all of the upcoming Marvel TV shows heading our way.
Wandavision: Disney+ on January 15th, 2021 - Number of Episodes: 6
Wandavision will be the very first marvel studio series on Disney plus. Wanda and vision are two of the most powerful and complex heroes and this series is a perfect expansion point for MCU's storytelling. The announcement of this one confused many since Paul Bettany’s Vision is still dead by the end of Avengers: Endgame, but speculation has run rampant that this series will at least partially take place in Scarlet Witch’s mind, as she’s manifested a dream-family version of her life with Vision in the 1950s-esque household. This also suggests the series may be taking its cues from the 2015 Vision comic book. In that story, Vision created his own ideal nuclear family. And let me tell you guys, it goes very wrong. WandaVision will explore the relationship between Scarlet Witch and Vision. The events of the series will tie directly to the upcoming film Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, which will also feature Olsen.
The Falcon And The Winter Soldier: Disney+ on March 19th, 2021 - Number of Episodes: 6
Moving to our next series for Disney plus, which launches the coming march, the falcon and the winter soldier features two recognizable superheroes last seen together in the final moments of avengers end game. So we had a bigger look at them in the recent trailer and it's more of these guys running about and getting in fights, there's fewer mysteries and it's more about their emerging friendship. It looks good though, it looks really fun, it looks quite espionage-esque, action-heavy, and all of those things. The series will reportedly deal with Sam deciding to pick up the shield and the “Captain America” name Steve Rogers gave him in the film’s closing moment. Presumably, both he and Bucky will also attempt to reintegrate into mainstream society. The show will also have Sharon Carter, a former S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent, and Helmut Zemo, the man who brought down the Avengers in Captain America: Civil War. The big new addition is John Walker, who in the comics was a supervillain who went by the name Super-Patriot. The show will further outline the post-Endgame MCU as established in Spider-Man: Far From Home. Are the Sokovia Accords still in effect? Will the lead characters have to register with some government agency? In the comics, U.S. agents worked for the Commission on Superhuman Activates, which leads us to suspect Sam and Bucky’s decision in Civil War will have consequences they cannot even begin to consider.
Loki: Disney+ May 2021 - No. of episodes: 6
Speaking of fan-favorite characters, Loki, the god of mischief, will step out of his brother's shadow and into his own series, which will probably explore the crime thriller genre. Tom Hiddleston will return as the God of Mischief in the Disney+ limited series Loki. The story will follow the version of the character who escaped from custody in Endgame with a divergent copy of the Space Stone. This new series, Loki, will follow the exploits of that version of the character—a version who has not gone through the redemptive arc of Thor: The Dark World, Thor: Ragnarok, and Avengers: Infinity War, and a version who was definitely not killed by Thanos. It seems he will also get access to time travel, as we see Loki in a 1970s New York. And Loki will once again find himself in a prison cell. The recent trailer also strongly suggested Loki was the notorious highjacker, DB Cooper. In the summer of 2019, Feige mentioned the series will create repercussions that will be felt in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, which may be the keystone film with two Disney+ series feeding into it.
What If Disney+ Summer 2021 - Number of Episodes: 23
Shifting to marvel studios’ first animated series coming to Disney plus next summer, what if.? flips the script on the mcu, taking famous events from the films and reimagining them in unexpected ways. And we also think this is going to be the last appearance of chadwick Boseman with animation. obviously, these things are recorded often well in advance so this is going to be the last time we'll get to see him which is you know bittersweet but it's good that we kind of get that kind of last marvel role with him where he's playing star-lord. Based on the classic Marvel Comics title What If …?, Marvel Studios’ first foray into animation will see each episode addressing a different outcome to key MCU events. It’s been confirmed that the first story will show what would have happened if Peggy Carter had taken the Super Soldier serum instead of Steve Rogers, a Steve who becomes the first Iron Man thanks to Howard Stark and what if Loki had wielded Mjolnir instead of Thor. Tying the series together will be the Watcher, the host of the What If …? and the viewer’s guide into the strangest of the Marvel series for the streaming service. Presumably, the watcher will introduce each episode from the standpoint of established MCU history. It suggests he will consider the events of the films and live-action television series as the “proper” flow of time.
Hawkeye Fall 2021 - Number of Episodes: 6
The original avenger jeremy renner returns to star in hawkeye. This limited series will follow Hawkeye after the events of Endgame training up his daughter Kate Bishop, played by Hailee Steinfeld, who in the comics eventually takes on the mantle of Hawkeye. Early concept sketches revealed alongside the launch of Disney+ suggested the series may take its cues from the celebrated Hawkeye run by writer Matt Fraction. Clint is, of course, is the Avengers’ master archer and the only one among them with stable family life. Well, at least until the Snap. Presumably, the show will illustrate what five years without his wife and kids did to him while also setting up Kate as the future of archery in the MCU. Who knows? Maybe some of her Young Avengers pals will get their debuts on the series.
MODOK Hulu in 2021.
MODOK is an upcoming American stop motion and adult animated streaming television series created for Hulu. After spending years failing to gain control of the world and battling superheroes along the way, M.O.D.O.K., having been removed from his company A.I.M. after it falls into bankruptcy and is sold to the rivaling GRUMBL, begins to deal with his tainting family while facing a mid-life crisis.
Ms. Marvel Disney+, late 2021
Miss Marvel is a Pakistani American teen superhero. It's one of the newer Marvel characters that they're adapting. The series is based on the Marvel Comics superhero Ms. Marvel, also known as Kamala Khan. The character is a teenage Pakistani American with shapeshifting abilities who eventually discovers that she is an Inhuman. In the comics, she assumes the role of Ms. Marvel as handed down from Carol Danvers’ Captain Marvel. Ms. Marvel first appeared in 2014 as Marvel’s first Muslim character to star in her own title, and she will become Marvel Studios’ first onscreen Muslim hero. The series will reportedly feature some Inhumans besides Kamala, suggesting Marvel Studios will attempt to revive the concept after Marvel Television’s Inhumans seemingly poisoned the well. Also, Feige’s promise that Kamala will appear in films following her debut leaves us wondering if there will be some sort of Young Avengers type film by 2025.
Moon Knight Network: Disney+ Premiere Date: 2022 Number of Episodes: TBA
moon knight is an action-adventure Indiana jones type of story. the character moon knight is a complex vigilante who suffers from disassociative identity disorder and these multiple identities that live inside him are very distinct characters. Based on the comics character of the same name, Moon Knight will follow a former criminal who becomes “The Fist of Kohnshu” and evolves multiple personalities. While there has been little solid news, rumors suggest Marvel monster characters like Werewolf by Night and Dracula will appear in the series. Considering Moon Knight’s potentially mystical origins and associations with characters like Werewolf by Night, it is possible his series may have some implications for Blade – provided they are produced around the same time.
SheHulk Network: Disney+ Premiere Date: 2022 Number of Episodes: TBA
“Bruce Banner is no longer the only Hulk in the MCU,”
In the comics, Jennifer Walters is Bruce Banner’s cousin who gains his Hulk powers after receiving a blood transfusion from him. she-hulk is a series about a woman trying to navigate the world and be taken seriously as a working professional despite the fact that she's well over six foot seven and green. tim roth is returning as the abomination, a character we were introduced to in 2008's the incredible hulk. The Hulk himself, Mark Ruffalo, will be appearing in the series as well. Besides Jennifer’s familial relationship to Bruce, she’s been known to take on well-known Marvel characters as clients and even tussle with Daredevil in court. In fact, depending on the timing of the She-Hulk TV series, Matt Murdoch could make his return to the MCU within the series.
Secret Invasion Disney + Premiere Date: TBA Number of Episodes: TBA
Marvel is adapting one of its most famous comics arcs, Secret Invasion, as a limited series. Ben Mendelsohn reprises his Captain Marvel role as the Skrull Talos and Samuel L. Jackson co-star as Nick Fury in a storyline that, in the comics at least, saw many notable superheroes replaced by Skrull lookalikes. it's about a sect of skrulls who have infiltrated every level of life on earth. Captain Marvel flipped the script and made the Skrulls the empathetic good guys and the Kree — their sworn enemy — the bad guys, and last we saw Nick Fury he was floating in space aboard a massive Skrull ship. So expect this to be a big deal. Next to civil war, the secret invasion is Marvel’s biggest crossover comic event in the last 20 years. Picking up from Talos’s appearances in Captain Marvel and Spider-Man: Far From Home, the series will dramatize one of the possible Phase 4 or 5 stories we’ve been talking about since the conclusion of Endgame.
Iron Heart Disney + Premiere Date: TBA Number of Episodes: TBA
Iron heart will be a series about genius inventor riri Williams who has the most advanced suit of armor since iron man's. Dominique thorne will play the title role. maybe they're building towards like a young avenger situation. but who knows. She’ll probably need the suit of armor, which is more advanced than anything Tony Stark devised in his lifetime, as Tony left behind plenty of enemies who want control of his style of tech. Considering Riri is one of the younger Marvel characters, we imagine she will cross paths with Kamala and Kate before too long. Also, with her connection to Stark, we imagine she will be part of the upcoming Armor Wars series in some fashion.
Armor Wars Disney + Premiere Date: TBA Number of Episodes: TBA
This series is going to be based on armor wars, a classic marvel story, about Tony Stark's worst fear coming true. It's what happens when his tech falls into the wrong hands and this series will feature Jim Rhodes aka war machine. In the comic books, Iron man had to go around the world, disabling all this technology that got in the hands of many of his armored villains, like crimson dynamo and titanium man and maybe justin hammer or Dr. Doom will make a return in this. and I wouldn't be surprised if we get some pepper pots and iron heart in this as well. Don Cheadle, of course, has played Rhodey since Iron Man 2 and survived terrible color schemes for his armor, the crushing of his legs, and the Snap. So he’s well-placed to defend Tony’s technology. Also, we can’t help but think Ironheart will show up to offer him some aid.
I am Groot Disney + Premiere Date: TBA Number of Episodes: TBA
I am Groot, has everyone's favorite little tree, baby Groot, feature in an adventure series. As Feige announced recently, this series will be a collection of animated shorts featuring Baby Groot. It is unclear if the other Guardians will appear in some capacity, but “several new and unusual characters” will be introduced. and they are probably getting Vin Diesel to do the voice. Like the Guardians Holiday Special and What If …?, it is unclear how this animated series will continue to progress the Marvel story. If they can’t forward big plot developments, maybe they can deepen the characters or sneak in something important, like Adam Warlock or the Beyonder.
GOTG: Holiday Special Disney + Late 2022
This is going to be the first-ever live-action holiday special in guardians fashion. the guardians of the galaxy holiday special is going to drop the holiday prior to the next guardians of the galaxy film which hits theaters in 2023. A first for Marvel Studios, the special will be filmed concurrently with Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and stream the holiday season prior to the feature’s release. James Gunn will write and direct the special, which we imagine will nod as much to The Star Wars Holiday Special as it will the Guardians’ own situation. We hope this means someone will do a big song-and-dance. Since Feige takes the notion that “its all connected” to heart, we imagine the special will fit in somehow. And it will be worth it to see Groot dressed with Christmas lights.
Sony's Spider-Man shows
This one is still in the early stages, yet could be among the most exciting of all the new Marvel TV shows, the Disney Plus offerings included. Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse producers are working on a couple of projects. That includes “a handful of live-action shows using Sony’s Marvel characters, of which there are like 900 characters” Among the characters that Sony definitely has access to are the stable of Spider-Man heroes and villains that roam everywhere from New York City and beyond. An interconnected web of shows spinning out with licensed characters could mean that Sony has the next mini-MCU on its hands.
The first of which could be Silk, with Amazon reportedly in talks to land the series. Silk will follow Cindy Moon, who ended up getting bitten by the same radioactive spider as Peter Parker. What are the odds? Elsewhere, Sony Pictures chairman has confirmed that there are "five or six" Spider-Man shows currently in the works. Phew. That's a lot of Spidey.
So, it looks like we've got a lot in store from marvel studios and Disney+ is key to the interconnection and expansion of the MCU. This wraps up our post for now! Matthew Davey — Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Davey has over 25 years of experience within the digital media, sports, entertainment, leisure and gaming ecosystems, as well as experience in the public sector. He is an experienced public company executive officer and board member. He has served in executive management positions across the gaming technology arena. Over the course of Mr. Davey’s career, he oversaw more than ten mergers and acquisitions and over $1.2 billion in debt and equity capital raised to support the companies he has led.
Most recently, Mr. Davey was Chief Executive Officer of SG Digital, the Digital Division of Scientific Games Corp. (“Scientific Games”) (Nasdaq: SGMS). SG Digital was established following the purchase by Scientific Games of NYX Gaming Group Limited (“NYX”) (formerly TSXV: NYX), where Mr. Davey served as Chief Executive Officer and Director. The NYX acquisition provided Scientific Games with a vehicle to significantly accelerate the scale and breadth of its existing digital gaming business, including the strategic expansion into sports betting. In his capacity as Chief Executive Officer of NYX, Mr. Davey developed and implemented a corporate strategy that generated strong revenue growth. Mr. Davey shaped company strategy to focus on digital gaming supplier platforms and content that provided various gaming operators with the underlying gaming and sports betting systems for their online gaming business. In 2014, Mr. Davey oversaw the initial public offering of NYX, and his experience in the digital media, sports, entertainment, leisure and gaming industries helped NYX recognize momentum as a public company. After the public offering, from 2014 to 2018, Mr. Davey oversaw seven acquisitions which helped establish NYX as one of the fastest growing global B2B real-money digital gaming and sports betting platforms. These acquisitions included:
• OpenBet: In 2016, NYX completed the $385 million acquisition of OpenBet. This was one of the more complex and transformative acquisitions that Mr. Davey oversaw at NYX. Through securing co-investments from William Hill (LSE: WMH), Sky Betting & Gaming and The Stars Group (formerly Nasdaq: TSG, TSX: TSGI), Mr. Davey was able to get the acquisition from Vitruvian Partners completed successfully, winning the deal against much larger and well capitalized competitors. By combining two established and proven B2B betting and gaming suppliers, NYX was well positioned to provide customers with exciting player-driven solutions across all major product verticals and distribution channels. This allowed NYX to become the leading B2B omni-channel sportsbook platform in the market and the supplier to over 300 gaming operators globally with an extensive library of desktop and mobile game titles, including more than 700 on NYX platforms and more than 2,000 on the OpenBet platform.
• Cryptologic/Chartwell: In 2015, NYX completed the $119 million acquisition of Cryptologic and Chartwell. The acquisition provided NYX with more than 400 titles of additional leading gaming content, a broader customer base, and direct exposure to PokerStars and Intercasino, part of the Gamesys Group (LSE: GYS) — two of the world’s largest online casino offerings.
• OnGame: In 2014, NYX completed the distressed acquisition of OnGame, a premier poker content, platform and service provider. This acquisition provided NYX with one of the best poker products in the industry, access to several regulated jurisdictions, and a valuable talent pool that was instrumental in the growth of NYX. The addition of OnGame further established a path for NYX to continue its growth in both European and U.S. markets.
These acquisitions, together with meaningful organic growth, increased NYX’s revenue from $24 million in 2014 to $184 million annualized in 2017. During that time, Mr. Davey helped build NYX to have over 200 customers in the global gaming industry and a team of 1,000 employees. Mr. Davey’s success at NYX ultimately led to its sale to Scientific Games for $631 million in 2018.
Mr. Davey joined Next Gen Gaming, the predecessor to NYX, in 2000 as the Vice President of Technology, was appointed as Executive Director in 2003 and named Chief Executive Officer in 2005. Prior to that, he was the Senior Consultant for Access Systems, a company that specializes in the provision of back-end software for licensed online casinos. Prior to joining Access, Mr. Davey worked for the Northern Territory Government specializing in matters pertaining to the internet and e-commerce along with roles in the Department of Racing and Gaming. Mr. Davey received a Bachelor of Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Northern Territory University, Australia (also known as Charles Darwin University).
Robin Chhabra — President
Mr. Chhabra has been at the forefront of corporate acquisition activity within the digital gaming landscape for over a decade. His prior experience includes leading corporate strategy, M&A, and business development at two of the global leaders in the digital gaming industry, The Stars Group (“TSG”) and William Hill, and a leading supplier, Inspired Gaming Group (Nasdaq: INSE). Mr. Chhabra served on the Group Executive Committees of each of these companies. From 2017 to May 2020, Mr. Chhabra served as Chief Corporate Development Officer at TSG and, from 2019 to August 2020, he also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Fox Bet, a leading U.S. online gaming business which is the product of a landmark partnership between TSG and FOX Sports, a transaction which he led. During that period, Mr. Chhabra led several transactions which transformed TSG into the largest publicly listed online gambling operator in the world by both revenue and market capitalization and one of the most diversified from a product and geographic perspective with revenues of over $2.5 billion. Mr. Chhabra’s M&A experience is extensive and covers multiple global geographies across the digital gaming value chain and includes the following:
• TSG/Flutter Entertainment Merger: In 2019, Mr. Chhabra led the TSG M&A team that was responsible for TSG’s $12.2 billion merger with Flutter Entertainment (LSE: FLTR). The merger between TSG and Flutter Entertainment is the largest transaction in the digital gaming industry to date. The combination created the largest publicly listed online gaming company with approximately 13 million active customers and leading product offerings, which include sports betting, online casino, fantasy sports and poker. The combined entity includes some of the world’s most iconic digital gaming brands such as Fanduel, Fox Bet, Sky Bet, PaddyPower, Betfair, PokerStars and SportsBet. TSG/Flutter Entertainment is one of the most geographically diverse digital gaming and media companies with leading positions in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Germany and Georgia.
• TSG/Sky Betting and Gaming (“SBG”): In 2018, Mr. Chhabra led the acquisition of SBG from CVC Capital Partners and Sky plc, Europe’s largest media company, in a transaction valued at $4.7 billion. At the time of the acquisition SBG was the largest mobile gambling operator in the United Kingdom and one of the fastest growing of the major operators having doubled its online market share in three years. The acquisition of SBG provided TSG with (a) greater revenue diversification, significantly enhanced expertise and exposure to sports betting just ahead of the judicial overturn of The Professional and Amateur Sports Protection Act of 1992 (PASPA) by the U.S. Supreme Court, (b) a leading position within the United Kingdom, the world’s largest regulated online gaming market, (c) improved products and technology as a result of the addition of SBG’s innovative casino and sports book offerings and a portfolio of popular mobile apps, and (d) expertise in deeply integrating sports betting with leading sports media companies, positioning TSG to create more engaging content, deliver faster growth and decrease customer acquisition costs.
• William Hill (LSE: WMH): At William Hill, from 2010 to 2017, Mr. Chhabra served as Group Director of Strategy and Corporate Development where he led several transactions which contributed to William Hill’s transformation from a land-based gambling operator in the United Kingdom to a leading online-led international business. Mr. Chhabra led William Hill’s entry into the U.S. sports betting and online lottery markets with the acquisition of four businesses, including the simultaneous acquisitions of three U.S. sportsbooks, Cal Neva, American Wagering and Brandywine Bookmaking, in 2011 for an aggregate purchase price of $55 million. These businesses ultimately led William Hill to achieve a leading position in the U.S. sports betting market with a market share of 24% in 2019. Additionally, Mr. Chhabra played a key role in structuring William Hill’s successful joint venture with PlayTech Plc (LSE: PTEC) in 2008. The combined entity created one of the largest online gambling businesses in Europe at the time of its formation and led to William Hill’s buyout of Playtech’s interest for $637 million in 2013. Prior to the transaction, William Hill had struggled in its attempt to establish a strong online gaming platform and a meaningful presence outside the United Kingdom.
Mr. Chhabra has also successfully completed four transactions worth over $1.2 billion in Australia, the world’s second largest regulated online gambling market, and various partnerships in Asia. Additionally, he completed several technology and media related transactions, including William Hill’s investment in NYX, where he worked with Mr. Davey on NYX’s transformational acquisition of OpenBet.
Prior to working in the gaming sector, Mr. Chhabra was an equities analyst and a management consultant. Mr. Chhabra received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Eric Matejevich — Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Matejevich is a seasoned gaming executive with extensive experience in both the online gaming and traditional casino industries. From February to August 2019, he served as Trustee and Interim-Chief Executive Officer of Ocean Casino Resort (“Ocean”) (formerly Revel Casino, which had a construction cost of $2.4 billion) in Atlantic City, where he successfully led the management team through an ownership change and operational turnaround effort. Over the course of seven months, Mr. Matejevich managed to reduce the property’s weekly cash burn of $1.5 million to an annualized cash flow run rate in excess of $20 million.
Prior to Ocean, from 2016 to 2018, Mr. Matejevich served as the Chief Financial Officer of NYX. At NYX, he focused his efforts on integrating the company’s many acquisitions and multiple debt refinancings to simplify its capital structure and provided liquidity for growth initiatives. Additionally, Mr. Matejevich was instrumental to the executive team that sold NYX to Scientific Games for $631 million.
Prior to NYX, from 2004 to 2014, Mr. Matejevich was the Chief Financial Officer of Resorts International Holdings and later, from 2011, also the Chief Operating Officer of the Atlantic Club Casino, a property under the Resorts International Holdings umbrella — a Colony Capital (NYSE: CLNY) entity. As Chief Financial Officer, he provided managerial oversight for all finance functions for a six-property casino company with annual gaming revenue exceeding $1.3 billion, 10,000 gaming positions, 7,000 hotel rooms and over 11,000 staff members during his tenure. Mr. Matejevich led the transition effort to integrate a four-casino, $1.3 billion acquisition from Harrah’s Entertainment and Caesars Entertainment (Nasdaq: CZR). As Chief Operating Officer of Atlantic Club, he lobbied for and was successful in obtaining the first internet gaming legislation passed in the United States. The Atlantic Club was the sole New Jersey casino proponent of the legislation.
Prior to serving in various gaming positions, Mr. Matejevich was a Vice President of High Yield Research for Merrill Lynch, where he managed the corporate bond research effort for the gaming and leisure sectors and marketed high yield and other debt transactions totaling $4.8 billion. Mr. Matejevich received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.
Our Board of Directors
Morris Bailey — Chairman
Over the past 10 years, Mr. Bailey has been a leader in turning around Atlantic City, as well as being among the first gaming executives to embrace online gaming and sports betting in the United States. In his efforts, Mr. Bailey partnered with two of the largest digital gaming companies in the world, PokerStars, part of the Stars Group, and DraftKings (Nasdaq: DKNG). In 2010, Mr. Bailey bought Resorts Atlantic City (“Resorts”) and initiated a comprehensive renovation which allowed for the property to be rebranded and repositioned. In 2012, Mr. Bailey signed an agreement with Mohegan Sun to manage the day-to-day operations of the casino. In addition to Mohegan Sun’s operational expertise and ability to reduce costs via economies of scale, Resorts gained access to their robust customer database. Soon thereafter, Mr. Bailey and his team focused on bringing online gaming to the property. In 2015, Resorts established a platform to engage in online gaming by partnering with PokerStars, now part of the $24 billion Flutter Entertainment, PLC (LSE: FLTR), to operate an online poker room in Atlantic City. In 2018, Resorts announced deals with DraftKings and SBTech to open a sportsbook on-property and online. For 2020 year-to-date, Resorts has performed in the top quartile in internet gross gaming revenue in New Jersey. Mr. Bailey’s efforts in New Jersey helped set the framework for expansion of online sports and gaming throughout the United States.
In addition to his gaming interests, Mr. Bailey has over 50 years of experience in all facets of real estate development, asset M&A, capital markets and operations and is the founder, Chief Executive Officer and Principal of JEMB Realty, a leading real estate development, investment and management organization. Mr. Bailey has notable investment experience within the energy, finance and telecommunications sectors through investments in the Astoria Energy Plant, Basis Investment Group and Xentris Wireless.
Tony Rodio — Director Nominee
Mr. Rodio has nearly four decades of experience in the gaming industry. Most recently, Mr. Rodio served as the Chief Executive Officer and director of Caesars Entertainment Corporation (“Caesars”) (Nasdaq: CZR), one of the world’s most diversified casino-entertainment providers and the most geographically diverse U.S. casino-entertainment company, from April 2019 until its acquisition by Eldorado Resorts, Inc. in July 2020. Mr. Rodio led Caesars through its $17.3 billion merger with Eldorado Resorts, one of the largest transactions in the gaming industry to date. Additionally, Mr. Rodio was instrumental to Caesars’ expansion into the digital gaming industry and oversaw the implementation of new digital segments such as its Scientific Games powered retail sportsbook solution that now operates in various states throughout the U.S. From October 2018 to May 2019, Mr. Rodio served as Chief Executive Officer of Affinity Gaming. Prior to Affinity Gaming, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Tropicana Entertainment, Inc. (“Tropicana”) for over seven years, where he was responsible for the operation of eight casino properties in seven different jurisdictions. During his time at Tropicana, Mr. Rodio oversaw a period of unprecedented growth at the company, improving overall financial results with net revenue that increased more than 50% driven by both operational improvements and expansion across regional markets. Mr. Rodio led major capital projects, including the complete renovation of Tropicana Atlantic City and Tropicana’s move to land-based operations in Evansville, Indiana. Each of these initiatives, among others, generated substantial value for Tropicana. Ultimately, Mr. Rodio’s efforts at Tropicana led to its sale to Eldorado Resorts in 2018 for $1.85 billion. Prior to Tropicana, Mr. Rodio held a succession of executive positions in Atlantic City for casino brands, including Trump Marina Hotel Casino, Harrah’s Entertainment (predecessor to Caesars), the Atlantic City Hilton Casino Resort and Penn National Gaming. All Upcoming Marvel-based TV Shows

Winners Magic Casino Games

To keep players engaged to the online casino there must be a big variation of games for players to be entertained and thrilled. A casino’s game library can often make or break it. Being an Aspire Global operated online casino means that Winner’s Magic can offer their customers plenty of options not only when it comes to the number of games but also the number of different categories. Winner’s Magic offers seven categories where players can find games “Featured Games”, “New”, “Video Slots”, “Classic”, “Casino Games”, “Scratch Cards”, and “All Games”.
The biggest category (if you disregard the “All Games” category) is the “Video Slot” category which includes over 400 games. These games are supplied to the casino by some of the most well-known and highly regarded game suppliers in the industry. Some of the most popular slot machine games include “Book of Dead”, “Fruity Friends”, “Wolf Riches” and “Aztec Gold”. These games are supplied by greats within the game supplier industry such as NetEnt, Microgaming, Play’N Go, PariPlay, and BetSoft. The “Video Slots” category also includes jackpot games such as “Bonanza”, “Aztec Gold – MEGAWAYS”, and “Royal Seven XXL”. When a winner hits a jackpot, other players will be able to see their success as Winner’s Magic has a banner with the latest winners on the side of the page that shows the games.
Slot machines can also be found under the category “Classic”, which include titles considered classic slot machines. Some of the titles include “Royal Seven”, “Wild Elements” and “Hot Spin - Deluxe”.
It is more and more popular today for game suppliers to create games inspired by the popular culture. There are games such as “Mission Cash” or “John Hunter and the Aztec treasure” who are reminiscent of character that exist in today’s popular culture (in this case they remind us of James Bond and Indiana Jones). Other games are not just inspired by popular culture but are a part of the franchise such as “Game of Thrones – online slot” or “Jumanji – Video slot”. Winners Magic Casino Depositing and Withdrawing

One of the most important points, when a customer is looking for a new casino, is what payment methods are available for depositing and withdrawing. The online casino must offer their customer methods which are both more local like (Zimpler) and international like Credit/Debit Card.
Winner’s Magic has taken this into account and therefore offer payment methods from the most well-known banking methods as well as some local banking methods. The minimum deposit is €10, and several currencies are accepted. For example, players can deposit Euros, Krona (Norwegian), as well as Canadian dollars and Pounds. The deposits almost exclusively take place instantly.
Once the wagering requirements have been met and the player is ready to withdraw their winnings, there are several methods which can be used. The most common thing is that the method used to deposit is used to withdraw, the only exception to this is when the deposit method is not available to withdraw then the player can choose to for example have the money transferred via Bank Transfer. There is a pending time of 24 hours on all withdrawals. The maximum withdrawal is €7.000/month and the minimum withdrawal for most methods is €10. The limit is in our opinion slightly low but understandable due to the newness of this online casino. There are no fees on withdrawal which is something we appreciate.
We believe that any casino that tries to make their banking methods as wide and accepting as possible have their customer’s best at heart, as can be seen by Winner’s Magic. Unfortunately, we do find that the withdrawal times are slightly slow as the fastest way to withdraw funds still requires three business days. This is not a problem limited to this casino but with most and is something we would love to see the industry change.
Another point which we find great about this online casino is that it implements a 128-bit SSL encryption key on all sensitive data. This means that whatever private information is sent by the customer to the casino is protected and safeguarded from unauthorized eyes. The casino also works hard to prevent fraud and therefore can demand additional verification of identity from the customer. In the case of Sweden, all customers must verify having reached the legal gambling age of 18. The customer will then have up to 30 days to verify their age if this is not done within the time limit the customer’s account will be shut down. In our opinion, any casino that goes the length to abide by the rules and regulations set up by different countries to safeguard the players, are good casinos.

All Upcoming Marvel-based TV Shows

All Upcoming Marvel-based TV Shows
